Position Overview Provide technical leadership for migration of manufacturing/shopfloor applications.
Requirements
- 8+ years software delivery experience with leadership responsibility.
- Experience with enterprise manufacturing systems, integrations, APIs, cloud environments preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, SAP/MES, shopfloor systems, application modernization, data migration, testing, and change management activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and migration strategy.
- Guide developers, integration teams, and testing efforts.
