About The Position

Wipro Limited is a technology services and consulting company focused on digital transformation. The Technical Lead engages with customer business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, and serves as a key contact and source of expertise and leadership for project work streams. The role coordinates with internal and external organizations, supports alignment between business needs and IT delivery, and helps teams resolve misunderstandings and minimize gaps across work streams. The position is based in Irving, Texas, with three days per week onsite.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements using appropriate elicitation techniques, including interviews, workshops, observations, and document analysis.
• Prepare and maintain key artifacts such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Assist project teams in planning, tracking, and reporting requirements-related milestones and risks.
• Perform impact analysis for requirement changes and assess downstream effects on scope, cost, timeline, and quality.
• Coordinate with internal and external supporting organizations to deliver solutions to business units.
• Review High-Level Design (HLD) and Interface Design Definition (IDD) documents to ensure alignment and accuracy with functional and business requirements.
• Facilitate communication among teams and help resolve misinterpretations of functional, business, or operational requirements.
• Analyze content produced across project work streams and help minimize gaps.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of supported business units and obtain input or guidance where necessary.
• Partner with IT during backlog grooming sessions to align each sprint team with business priorities.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and provide project knowledge, expertise, and leadership to work streams.
• Write SQL scripts to extract and analyze data in support of business decisions and requirement validation.
• Support integration, functional, and user acceptance testing.
