Requirements

• 7+ years building enterprise software.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Strong Java expertise.
• Deep AWS knowledge including CloudFormation.
• Experience designing distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced level English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional engineering team responsible for partner enablement, technical strategy, architecture, engineering quality, and delivery.
• Own the technical direction of the team while collaborating with Product, TPMs, architects, and globally distributed engineering teams.
• Lead and mentor engineers through coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
• Own architecture decisions, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and engineering delivery.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define solutions.
• Guide modernization of legacy applications toward modern engineering practices.
• Support production incidents and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion engineering excellence through automation, testing, observability, and DevOps.
