About The Position

This role is for a Technical Lead within Testing Services, focusing on leading teams and driving test automation strategies. The position requires significant experience in test automation, agile methodologies, and team leadership, with a strong emphasis on Java and related testing tools. The lead will be responsible for managing test efforts, client interactions, and integrating automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant work experience
  • 6+ years of working in Test Automation
  • Very good experience in agile/scrum processes
  • Ability to lead teams spread across multiple locations
  • Very good test management and client/stakeholder management skills
  • Highly proficient in Java
  • Commanding knowledge on RestAssured/Karate
  • Familiarity with remote execution tools like Sauce Labs, Selenium Grid, Browserstack
  • Commanding knowledge on Maven/Gradle/Ant
  • Commanding knowledge on TestNG, Cucumber, JUnit
  • Experience with build, testing and continuous integration tools and integrating test automation framework on cloud or on prem infrastructure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in JIRA and Octane

Nice To Haves

  • AWS/PCF experience
  • Microservices testing using Mockito/Wiremock/Hoverfly/Pact/Spring Cloud
  • Credit Card/Payments domain knowledge
  • Formulate automation best practices guidelines
  • Knowledge on various testing tools available in the market to provide consultation to the customer when needed
  • Knowledge on accessibility (ADA) testing
  • Experience conducting various training workshops on framework/tools
  • Appium tool experience
