About The Position

The Technical Lead / Solution Architect Universal IT Customer Support Provides technical leadership for the design, integration, and implementation of endpoint, IT operations, and engineering solutions. Ensures technical compliance, oversees solution architecture, and supports troubleshooting and innovation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or solution architecture
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, CompTIA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • Active Top Secret security clearance as required by the contract
  • U.S. Citizenship

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
