About The Position

This role involves leading product planning, requirements analysis, backlog prioritization, and roadmap execution. The Technical Lead Product Manager will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define technical and functional solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable microservices and REST APIs using Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring Web, and Spring JPA, as well as leading the development of responsive web applications using React. The role also requires designing, optimizing, and supporting solutions using PostgreSQL and Oracle databases, and implementing event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka. The Technical Lead Product Manager will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams, review solution designs, code, and technical deliverables to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability. Driving Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and release execution are crucial. Ensuring adherence to coding standards, security requirements, testing practices, and CI/CD processes is also a key aspect. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful delivery, tracking delivery metrics, product outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives, and communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to business and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in leading product and engineering teams while balancing business objectives with technical excellence.
