About The Position

Our Client is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the technical direction of enterprise software initiatives while remaining actively involved in architecture, development, and problem-solving. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, cloud-based applications aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET Core, React, and AWS Cloud, along with proven experience establishing best practices across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience serving as a Technical Lead on software development projects.
• 5+ years of experience developing applications with .NET Core using React.
• Experience designing solutions within AWS Cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for software development projects from design through deployment.
• Design and develop scalable applications using .NET Core, React, and AWS Cloud services.
• Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive application modernization efforts and cloud-native development strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands-on support when needed.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical estimations, and architectural discussions.
