About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Lead with extensive experience in Java and AWS to guide a team of developers. This role involves hands-on development, architectural recommendations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable code. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and uphold DevOps practices.

Requirements

• 11-13 years of hands-on development experience with Java and Spring Boot, including experience as a Tech Lead.
• Strong expertise in AWS, SQL, and REST API design/development.
• Experience implementing Swagger UI for REST services.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as SonarQube and Veracode.
• Experience building enterprise authentication applications.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple developers, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural recommendations while remaining hands-on.
• Collaborate with UX, Design, and Product teams.
• Deliver functional, testable code with comprehensive unit testing to support DevOps practices.
• Enforce coding standards and participate in code reviews through Git workflows.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
