As the Technical Lead, Infrastructure and Operations, the candidate will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing reliability of the organization’s infrastructure and operations capabilities. This role serves as the technical lead for infrastructure platforms and services driving standards, architecture, and execution through influence and collaboration (no direct reports). The technical lead will partner across IT, Security, franchises and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure is scalable, resilient, and secure, and will own the implementation and support model for franchise infrastructure, including rollout governance, lifecycle management, and operational performance.
