Join our team as a Technical Lead, Full-Stack Developer and lead the design, development, and evolution of cloud-native applications that power critical Gas Transmission operations across North America. Requirements

  • A seasoned full-stack developer with 7+ years of experience building enterprise applications and a strong foundation in cloud-native technologies, DevOps, and Agile delivery.
  • Technically proficient in modern software development technologies including C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with experience in automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Vitest, xUnit, and Storybook, as well as CI/CD tools including GitHub and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience deploying and operating cloud-native applications in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Container Apps, is preferred.
  • A problem solver who can navigate complex systems, integrations, data flows, and cloud platforms to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.
  • An influential technical leader with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • An advocate for continuous learning and emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, with a focus on automation, quality, and business value.

Nice To Haves

  • Recent hands-on experience developing and delivering software solutions in a professional environment, including cloud-native applications within Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience leading technical teams while remaining actively involved in coding, code reviews, and technical implementation is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and the Oil & Gas or Gas Transmission industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in the development and delivery of complex cloud-native applications supporting Gas Transmission business operations, while remaining actively involved in hands-on software design, coding, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using modern architectures, development frameworks, and integration patterns.
  • Act as the senior technical escalation point, ensuring application reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
  • Establish and champion software engineering best practices across development, testing, automation, security, and quality assurance.
  • Mentor developers, influence technical direction, and collaborate with internal teams and service providers to drive continuous improvement.
