About The Position

The Automation & AI Enablement Technical Lead is a hands-on technical leader responsible for architecting and delivering TireHub’s enterprise automation and AI enablement programs. The role directs end-to-end solution design and execution across Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Foundry, while managing and developing a team of engineers. The lead translates business problems into production-ready AI-powered automation, partners with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities, and owns technical direction, delivery quality, and team capability growth. The position reports to the Sr. Leader, BI & Analytics. The role establishes enterprise architecture, technical standards, governance, and best practices for solution design, security, and lifecycle management. It leads the development and deployment of AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows; integrates these solutions with enterprise systems; and ensures reliability, observability, and security. The lead balances hands-on technical contribution with team oversight and works across business, IT, security, and distributed onshore and offshore teams. The position operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Most work is performed sitting and viewing monitors, with frequent opportunities to move around and occasional handling or lifting of light articles. Flexible hours are required to accommodate critical system changes and emergency events, and travel may be up to 10%.
