About The Position
E-Logic is seeking a Technical Lead / Architect to define system architecture and guide technical strategy across East Bay Municipal Utility District IT initiatives. This role is part of a proposal for the East Bay Municipal Utility District, and hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant. Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience
- Strong experience in architecture (application, cloud, or enterprise)
- Expertise in system integration and APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- TOGAF, Azure Architect, or AWS Architect certifications
- Experience in government or large enterprise environments
Responsibilities
- Design enterprise architecture and system integrations
- Define technical standards and best practices
- Lead solution design across multiple systems
- Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance
