About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the implementation and delivery of our software solutions. This role will provide technical leadership to a development team, ensuring high-quality implementation of features, adherence to engineering standards, and successful collaboration with architects, product owners, QA, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Microservices, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, along with experience working in Agile development environments. This individual will be a player-coach who contributes to development efforts while mentoring team members and driving engineering excellence.

Requirements

7+ years of software development experience
2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, Senior Developer, or similar role
Strong hands-on experience with: Node.js, Microservices, React, Next.js
Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams
Experience participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and estimation activities
Strong code review and technical mentoring experience
Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of application features and enhancements based on designs and architectural standards provided by the Architecture team.
Provide hands-on technical leadership and contribute to software development when needed.
Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and development best practices.
Collaborate with architects to understand technical designs and guide the team through implementation.
Assist developers with technical problem solving, debugging, and solution development.
Mentor and coach developers on technical skills, coding practices, and professional development.
