About The Position
Technical inspection work in collecting real estate property appraisal data; all other related work as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma with at least one year experience in real estate or building trades
- Must own and operate a private automobile for travel
- Must possess and maintain a valid Massachusetts driver’s license

- Knowledge of building components and construction quality
- Working knowledge of data processing
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and constructive relationships with the public
- Strong mathematical skills
- Skill in all of the above listed activities, tools, and equipment
