Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, integrations, systems support, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs, data integrations, webhooks, and data mapping
  • Strong understanding of data quality concepts (validation, normalization, deduplication, routing)
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple systems and stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical partners

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in partner ecosystems or multi-system environments preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead management systems, or marketing automation tools a plus
  • Comfort working with tools such as Postman, SQL, logs, dashboards, Jira, and Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and validate lead integrations between Goosehead systems and partner platforms
  • Ensure lead data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
  • Monitor lead flow during onboarding and post-launch to identify issues related to volume, latency, duplication, or data quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with partners, Engineering, and Data teams
  • Support partner implementations by providing technical expertise related to APIs, data mappings, webhooks, and lead routing rules
  • Partner with Implementation Managers to support successful go-lives and transitions to steady-state operations
  • Document integration configurations, test cases, and known issues for internal and partner reference
  • Analyze lead quality trends and work with partners to recommend improvements to sourcing, formatting, and validation
  • Support ongoing enhancements to lead quality standards, monitoring tools, and alerting processes
