Technical Growth Lead | Data Engineering

Clear Fracture LLCVienna, VA

About The Position

Clear Fracture delivers next-generation AI data integration solutions. Our agentic data manager, Belvedere, empowers organizations to unify their data, make smarter decisions, and operate with greater agility. We are looking for a Technical Growth Lead who operates as a hands-on practitioner first, with the credibility to speak directly to data engineering teams and buyers. You will play a key role in building and running the first version of our repeatable demand/marketing engine — shipping campaigns, managing paid tests, building target-account lists, running webinars, and reporting on marketing performance every week. In addition to executing campaigns, you will help refine demos, publish technical content, and identify the markets where the platform has the strongest pull. This includes designing the messaging, assets, and workflows that turn data engineering practitioners into qualified targets. This is an ideal opportunity for a technical operator who wants to help create the market for a new class of AI data integration products. At Clear Fracture, we are driven by a simple belief: data engineering should be less fragmented, less manual, and far more intelligent. Our agentic data manager, Belvedere, is designed to help organizations unify their data, reduce operational drag, and make better decisions with greater speed and confidence. In this role, you will sit close to the customer, the product, and the market. You will help translate real practitioner pain into campaigns, demonstrations, technical content, and demand programs that show data teams what is possible. We are looking for someone who is energized by building from the ground up, learning quickly from signal, and helping technical audiences discover a product that can materially improve how they work. We know that our employees play the largest role in our continual success. That is why we foster an environment of growth and development, with an emphasis on ownership, recognition, opportunity, and sustainable execution. We give the same high level of commitment to our employees that we give to our clients. If Clear Fracture sounds like the place where you want to help build, ship, and grow, we would enjoy speaking with you.
