Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the engineering field.
Strong understanding of engineering roles and skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
A proactive approach to recruiting and building candidate relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Source, recruit, and interview candidates for various technical engineering positions.
Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements for each position.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job openings.
Stay current with industry trends and market insights to refine recruiting strategies.
