Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the engineering field.
  • Strong understanding of engineering roles and skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • A proactive approach to recruiting and building candidate relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and interview candidates for various technical engineering positions.
  • Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements for each position.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  • Stay current with industry trends and market insights to refine recruiting strategies.
