About The Position

About the Team The DoorDash Technical Recruiting team supports the Engineering, Design, Analytics and Product Management organizations, as is made up of recruiters, sourcers and coordinators who partner with our technical leaders to hire the best talent to DoorDash. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced technical recruiter to support engineering hiring across DoorDash. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior engineering leaders to define recruiting strategies, drive candidate engagement strategies, and close exceptional technical talent. You’ll also play a key role in headcount planning, talent forecasting, and process improvement as we continue to scale our engineering organization. Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • In-depth understanding of market mapping, talent research, and candidate identification
  • Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Self-motivated and intellectually curious
