As a Technical Editor Principal on an Enterprise Zero Trust Program for DoD Client, your responsibilities will include writing and editing policies, standard operating procedures, and technical guides to provide clients with clear, concise, and accurate documentation. You will lead and own the documentation lifecycle, from start to finish, as well as proposing process improvements and automations. Experience developing Air Force Time Compliance Technical Orders - or Technical Orders (TCTO's and TO's) and Telecommunication Survey Installation Plan (TSIP) and Installation Plan (I-Plan) is required. You will also be responsible for reviewing existing documents, assessing their accuracy and compliance, and identifying areas for improvement. Handling sensitive information, ensuring its security, and maintaining compliance with security regulations is crucial. You will manage multiple documents, versions, and revisions effectively, and meet deadlines. Maintaining familiarity with document management systems and relevant tools is expected. Creating visualizations required within documents such as data flow, network diagrams, elevation diagrams, charts, and graphs is part of the role. You will track documentation required for the ATO process and work with various departments and stakeholders within the DoD to gather information and ensure that documentation is accurate and up to date. Finally, you will ensure that all documentation, whether paper or digital, meets DoD requirements and relevant regulations.
