Gaumard Scientific Company is a world leader in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of health care simulation products. For more than 70 years, our simulators have been used for training worldwide by the military, emergency medical services, major teaching hospitals, and nursing schools. Gaumard products have been recognized for their innovation in simulation in the pre-hospital, obstetrics, and gynecology, surgical and nursing care segments. The Technical Documentation Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for all control documentation, including change request forms (CRF), engineering change notices (ECN), product deviation notices (PDN), and item request forms (IRF). The person in this position serves as the primary contact within the Technical Documentation Engineering team in fielding questions from other departments, including customer service, technical support, production, repairs, field service, while also collaborating closely with Purchasing, Production, Inventory, and Engineering to support part number and BOM creation, population, and editing. This person is also responsible to disseminate information to the company as a whole to notify them of changes and updates.
