This position supervises all activities of the student organization. The Technical Director - Play 2 is responsible for overseeing student organizations, ensuring proper procedures are followed for elections, approving candidates, training officers, and guiding students in club operations. The role involves approving club announcements, meeting dates, activities, and materials, as well as attending meetings and events. An annual inventory of equipment and supplies is required, along with completing necessary forms and reports. Consultation with the Assistant Principal for Student Services (APSS) is expected for smooth functioning, and representation at key events like Activity Night and Presidents Council Meetings is necessary. The role also includes coordinating with the APSS and/or Activity Director for account access in Skyward.
