The Technical Development Commissioning Specialist is a cross-functional role responsible for developing departmental commissioning standards, training materials, and supporting rapid-response field engagements across both Electrical (ECx) and Mechanical (MCx) commissioning disciplines. This position bridges the Standards & Documentation function, the Training & Curriculum function, and the Field Excellence (Tiger Team) function, serving as a flexible, high-impact contributor who can develop content, deliver onsite training, and respond to emergency field needs as directed. This role requires deep technical fluency in either ECx or MCx commissioning systems, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to shift rapidly between desk-based content development and field-based execution. This person will receive limited direction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new projects, tasks or assignments. Will execute and assist team leadership on projects, tasks or assignments of complex scope. Will work independently or under limited supervision. This person will receive little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. This person will communicate and operate in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental objectives.
