About The Position
The DÔEN 2026 Internship Program is a paid project. This internship focuses on learning the technical design process within the fashion industry. Interns will gain hands-on experience in sample management, garment construction, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Requirements
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- General knowledge of garment construction and the ability to measure garments
- Strong computer skills including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS Word, Excel
- Must be able to be in office a minimum of 4 days a week
Nice To Haves
- 2D and 3D pattern experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Learning to fill in and track samples in Airtable
- Checking in samples and organizing them daily
- Sending and tracking samples to vendors
- Measuring and reviewing sample construction prior to fittings and helping prep for fittings
- Working with Tech Design team members to organize and send fit lists and fit notes to cross functional teams
- Attend fittings, when possible, to learn the brand's aesthetics and take fit notes when needed
- Working with VP of TD on measuring and packing manuals
- Other duties and projects as assigned
