About The Position

The Technical Design Engineer will be a key player in innovation, leading sales and project presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and developing technical resources such as field reports, white papers, and product catalogs. This role involves providing real-time technical solutions by answering questions about material properties and applications, and translating designs from concept to production using isometric drawings, CAD models, and fabrication BOMs. The engineer will also be responsible for estimating fabrication costs for competitive quotes, evaluating customer proposals for feasibility and maintenance, and recommending system modifications for optimal performance and compliance. Collaboration with sales and quality teams to address technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions is essential. The position encourages involvement in industry organizations for professional growth and offers diverse experience within the field. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 0–5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor (2009+), and blueprint reading—or a willingness to learn fast.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A collaborative mindset and a hunger for growth.
