About The Position

Join Our Crew! — Technical Design Assistant (Boating & Powersports) Do you have a passion for precision and a love for the boating and powersports world? We’re on the lookout for a Technical Design Assistant who can help turn innovative designs into high-performance products for life on the water and the open road. In this role, you’ll help bridge the gap between technical design and production — making sure every stitch, seam, and specification is production-ready and meets the rugged demands of the boating and powersports industries.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer and math skills
Ability to read blueprints and understand pattern-making fundamentals
Knowledge of sewing practices, terminology, and an eye for detail
Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Responsibilities

Enter bills of materials and operations into our Vantage system, documenting every detail that makes our products stand up to the elements
Maintain and update system data with precision — your accuracy helps power great rides and smooth sails
Interpret engineering changes and release them into production seamlessly
Create and review minis in the Gerber system, marking up problem areas before they hit the production floor
Collaborate with production teams to answer questions, solve challenges, and ensure flawless execution
Conduct time studies and lead the development of our Research Coordinator
