About The Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our TSG Delivery Team as a Technical Delivery Business Analyst for a 12 month fixed term contract, based in London. (Hybrid working) Railpen is responsible for the safekeeping and investment of around £34 billion in assets and the administration of several pension schemes, including the Railways Pension Scheme, one of the UK's largest and longest established pension funds. Requirements

Experience in a comparable position, successfully delivering technical projects.
Strong background in data analysis is essential.
Proactive and a creative thinker.
Effective communicator with the ability to positively challenge the views of colleagues within the organisation whilst remaining open minded to challenge in respect of your own views.

Nice To Haves

Prior exposure to the Investments sector or a regulated environment would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the successful delivery of technical projects at Railpen.
Translate high-level business requirements into technical requirements and specifications through detailed analysis utilising strong technical knowledge to enable solution design and delivery.
Promote continuous improvement within the team and on wider delivery at Railpen.
