Promoting to the USA, Canada, Latin America regions Customers the Airbus initiatives to enhance the access, usage and support of Technical Data deliverables. Providing to Customers first line support on Maintenance and Engineering Technical Data to obtain and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, including familiarization/ training to ensure efficient use of the Technical Data by Customers. Acquiring customers feedback on Airbus Technical Data products, support and services to identify issues and/or subjects for continuous improvements. Bringing Tech Data awareness and value to the Customers in Latin America.
