Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, or a similar area, or 5+ years of equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record in data product management including ability to translate technical complexity into user-centric product experiences.
Outstanding in data profiling and proficient in data modeling.
Solid understanding of data pipelines, schemas, and workflow orchestration.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a keen ability to lead teams.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and product evangelization skills — can inspire adoption and drive cross-team collaboration.
Analytical approach with a passion for using data to inform decisions.
Motivated, ambitious, and adept at flourishing in a dynamic, creative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement and deliver high-impact projects.
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
Engage with collaborators to understand their needs and successfully deliver data solutions.
Perform extensive data profiling to determine the best sources and logic to meet business needs
Develop and maintain data models and profiles to unlock the power of data to drive Adobe's business from decision-making, personalization, and operations.
Manage and track product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
