Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills as well as a keen interest and ability to work with data.
  • Proficiency with PC (Word, Excel, MS Outlook), a must.
  • Good organizational skills with a strong awareness for precision.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work shifts and extended hours if or when required.
  • Employment is subject to meeting Transport Canada security requirements and obtaining a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in warehousing or logistics is considered a strong asset
  • Experience in the airlines industry or related field is considered a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with other warehouse locations, departments, customers and manufacturer representatives along with internal personnel as required.
  • Analyze outputs and extract pertinent technical data from automated systems.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control by monitoring and maintaining stock levels.
  • Process component changes ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
  • Ability to shift focus given changing priorities and time constraints.
  • Organize and keep all aircraft records safe.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory records and identify discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed logs of parts movement, including items received from aircraft and returned to manufacturers.
  • Manage parts issuance and returns, ensuring mechanics receive required components and tracking their return.
  • Support stock keepers in daily operations, assisting with organization, replenishment, and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) in dealing with personnel and/or customers - must be a team player.
  • Collective efforts: Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
