Position Purpose: The Technical Customer Success Manager provides strategic and operational support to Beeline Professional customers and partners. This role will be partnered closely with the Project Manager, Implementation Consultant and client stakeholders. In addition, they will have an in-depth knowledge of all Beeline VMS systems, enhancements with each release and understanding of how-to best solution all Beeline VMS system and integrations based on the latest functionality of each respective VMS.
