As a Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling all aspects of service and support. Responsibilities include answering telephones and e-mails, processing quotes and orders per customer requirements, identifying and recommending tooling solutions for customer applications, problem solving for the customer, tracking orders, and following up with internal and external customers. This role also involves collaborating with teams across divisions, to deliver seamless solutions and outstanding customer support.
