About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Spanish Bi-lingual Production/Quality Lead to join our team and provide critical support to production leadership. In this role, you will oversee and participate in the manual movement of carts containing parts from the kitting area to machine operators. Your focus will be on ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time to maintain efficient production flow. This position plays a key role in sustaining smooth daily operations, upholding quality standards, and supporting overall production performance.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required to support effective communication across production teams
• Ability to safely lift, push, and maneuver carts loaded with materials throughout the production floor
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify part numbers, quantities, and material accuracy.
• Solid communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with machine operators, kitting personnel, and leadership
• Capability to stand, walk, and perform manual material‑handling tasks for extended periods
• Reliability, strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in the manual transport of carts loaded with parts from the kitting area to designated machine operator stations
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and accuracy of materials prior to delivery
• Ensure timely and efficient material flow to support continuous production operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and machine operators — including in Spanish and English — to coordinate needs and resolve material-related issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards
• Follow all safety protocols, quality guidelines, and operational procedures
• Support production leadership by monitoring workflow and identifying potential delays or material shortages
• Assist with additional material handling or production support tasks as required
