About The Position
As a Technical Course Designer/Developer Professional here at Honeywell, you will lead the development and implementation of customer experience training programs. This person will plan, design and develop technical product training programs for Value Added Resellers and System Users. You will play a key role in shaping training strategies that align with business goals and foster a culture of continuous learning. You will report directly to our Training Manager, and you’ll work out of our Pittsford, NY location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, the technical trainer/content developer is a key success factor in our product certification training programs that provide learning opportunities for our customers in their moments of need.
