About The Position

Seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to support candidate identification, engagement, and pipeline development. This role will focus on sourcing qualified candidates, evaluating talent, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience supporting technical and professional roles, and the ability to identify and engage passive talent in competitive markets.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
  • Experience sourcing technical talent, including: IT Cybersecurity Engineering
  • Other professional roles
  • Experience sourcing corporate and professional positions across multiple business functions.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong resume review and candidate screening skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Background investigation required.
  • Drug screening required.
  • Non-offshore attestation required.
  • Temporary Worker Agreement required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting agency or corporate recruiting environments.
  • Familiarity with iCIMS or similar ATS platforms.
  • Knowledge of current IT, cybersecurity, and technology talent markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn InMail, and other communication channels.
  • Review resumes and candidate profiles against job requirements.
  • Assess candidate qualifications based on skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain an active and future candidate pipeline.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and coordination.
  • Manage calendars and interview logistics to support a positive candidate experience.
  • Communicate interview details, updates, and next steps with candidates.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to understand hiring needs and market trends.
  • Provide sourcing insights and talent market intelligence.
  • Participate in intake meetings and recruitment planning discussions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
