Technical Consultant/ Dedicated Safety Management System Auditor
About The Position
We are seeking a Technical Consultant to support a dedicated client. This role may be based in any major hub city (e.g., Denver, Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix) and partner closely with the client’s Global Health & Safety team to assess and continuously improve safety standards, processes, and practices to reduce risk. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management, service delivery expertise, customer focus, and technical proficiency. The position is fully remote and requires approximately 75% travel to customer locations during the travel season. Please Note: This position is eligible to be hired at different levels depending on experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in math, engineering or related areas (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of directly related consulting experience in loss prevention or progressive safety/heath field.
- Advanced knowledge, skills and experience in a specialized field, service planning and delivery, risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management and progress measurement.
- Fully effective interpersonal, writing and other communication skills required to develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to retrieve and enter information using various proprietary software applications and create/modify documents and complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Office suite.
- Position requires regular travel.
