As a Senior Manager in EY's Guidewire practice, you will lead the delivery, transformation, and optimization of Guidewire programs across multiple client engagements. You will be responsible for shaping target-state digital architectures, driving market activation for our Guidewire services, and building senior client relationships, while ensuring alignment with EY's quality standards and client expectations. This role requires a strong leader with deep experience in Guidewire Platform across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Digital (Jutro, Enterprise Engage, Portals), front-end engineering, micro-frontend architecture, and agile delivery models. Typical programs will span the following areas of insurance technology-enabled transformation: Guidewire System Implementation (Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital), Guidewire Digital Portals, Jutro Digital Platform, and Enterprise Engage, Enterprise Data Management, Reinsurance Accounting and Reporting Operations/Technology, Performance Management and Measurement, Enterprise Technology Expense Reduction. We assist our clients in designing and implementing solutions to improve their organizations' efficiency and effectiveness in the areas of strategy, people, processes and technology.
