Technical Consultant Product Manager - Consultant
About The Position
KAYGEN is seeking a Technical Consultant Product Manager for a role supporting product delivery teams in the design and implementation of new Commercial Real Estate Transaction Management, Capital Project Management, and Lease Administration software. This role will specifically focus on the Lease Administration module and its integration with Oracle Fusion/Lease Accounting. The consultant will provide expert guidance on IT infrastructure, software solutions, and system integrations, assisting with technology implementation, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT services for scalability, efficiency, and performance.
Requirements
- Experience with e-procurement (e.g. Coupa) and Finance ERP (e.g. Oracle Fusion - Lease Accounting, rent payments).
- Experience with lease accounting and controls (ASC 84).
- Strong Business Analyst skills with Agile working knowledge, requirements gathering, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficient in functional verification and regression testing; ability to support testing activities and create test plans with QA.
- Experience with new system implementations (e.g. e-procurement, ERP) and transformation work.
- Flexible, dependable, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong financial services knowledge.
- Core accounting knowledge.
- Familiarity with tools like Coupa and Oracle.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with commercial real estate is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Focus on the Lease module of Tango and integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP for lease accounting/rent payments.
- Help design and support application integrations by creating data mapping and data modeling.
- Create and maintain complex business flow diagrams such as process maps and data flows.
- Support Product Owners in authoring features & User Stories.
- Partner with developers to ensure a thorough understanding of relevant user stories.
- Provide expert guidance on IT infrastructure, software solutions, and system integrations.
- Assist in technology implementation, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT services to enhance scalability, efficiency, and performance.
