About The Position

The Technical Consultant will serve as a hands-on execution role supporting the activities of the AI Center of Excellence (AI COE). This position reports to the AI COE Lead and works closely with Account Managers, Delivery Teams, and external partners to translate AI COE initiatives into concrete actions.This is not a strategy-only consulting role. The role focuses on execution, including preparation of materials, customer demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), partner coordination, and technical follow-ups. While project delivery is primarily handled by the Delivery Team, this position supports ongoing customer projects from an AI COE perspective, with a strong emphasis on knowledge accumulation, reuse, and horizontal deployment of AI and AI Agent solutions across customers.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in IT consulting, system integration, or technical project roles
  • Required automotive industry experience, such as OEM, Tier 1, mobility, or manufacturing IT
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (consulting, presales, or technical support)
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and/or Microsoft Azure)
  • Experience or familiarity with AI / GenAI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot
  • Understanding of AI Agent concepts, workflow automation, and system integration
  • Basic knowledge of system architecture, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise security considerations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in cross-functional, multicultural environments

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Power Platform
  • Experience with Azure AI services or AWS AI/ML services
  • Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks or orchestration concepts
  • Basic exposure to project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall)
  • Experience supporting POCs, demos, or innovation programs

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and day-to-day operations of the AI COE under the guidance of the AI COE Lead
  • Prepare and support customer-facing activities, including presentations, technical briefings, workshops, demos, and POCs related to AI, GenAI, AI Agents, and Microsoft Copilot
  • Assist in customer requirement analysis and identification of AI- and automation-driven business opportunities
  • Support the creation of high-level solution architectures, feasibility assessments, and technical impact analysis
  • Contribute to presales activities, including technical proposals, solution descriptions, POC planning, and SoW support
  • Provide technical support and advisory input to ongoing customer projects from an AI COE perspective (delivery owned by Delivery Teams)
  • Accumulate, document, and structure reusable knowledge assets, such as AI/AI Agent use cases, reference architectures, best practices, and demo/POC materials
  • Coordinate with external partners (cloud providers, AI vendors, system integrators) for joint demos, POCs, and validations
  • Support internal enablement through documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning of AI, cloud, and automotive IT trends
