About The Position

The AI Center of Excellence (COE) is the central hub for identifying high-ROI internal opportunities, building secure integrations, and orchestrating complex "agentic" workflows. As an AI COE Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the operational backbone of our AI transformation. You won't just be watching from the sidelines; you will be actively testing new tools, managing our AI Marketplace, and helping to measure the impact of AI across the organization.   This internship is designed for a curious, tech-savvy individual who wants hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of Enterprise AI operations, governance, and enablement.

Requirements

  • Current Student or Recent Graduate: Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • AI Curiosity: A genuine passion for Artificial Intelligence and a demonstrated interest in how it changes the way we work. Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Glean is a strong plus.
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to distill complex technical updates into clear, simple language for a non-technical audience (e.g., training guides, emails).
  • Data-Oriented: Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to organize information and update charts.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to manage multiple small projects (like tracking feature updates and updating documentation) with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • AI Marketplace Management: Assist in populating and maintaining the new AI Agent Marketplace. You will review existing agents built-in tools like Glean, Gemini, and Claude, ensuring they are properly described and tagged for easy discovery by employees.
  • Performance & KPI Reporting: Support the monthly reporting cadence by gathering and loading new data, updating charts, and ensuring our AI ROI Dashboards accurately reflect adoption and efficiency metrics.
  • Content & Training Development: Create, update, and manage training materials (videos, guides, one-pagers) to help employees master new AI features. You will track feature releases for tools like Glean, Claude, and Gemini, test them, and communicate updates to the team.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain the AI COE Confluence space, ensuring all policies, "How-To" guides, and best practices are current, searchable, and easy to understand by AI tools.
  • Community Support: Help support the AI Community of Practice by tracking action items from monthly calls, organizing "Show & Tell" submissions, and fielding basic questions from new users.
  • First-Line Testing: Serve as a primary tester for new internal agents and workflows before they are released to the wider company, providing detailed feedback on usability and accuracy.
