About The Position

We are looking for a technical Community Lead to own our public forum and keep users unblocked. This role requires a hands-on individual who can debug, provide architecture guidance, and participate in calls when necessary. The lead will also be responsible for building scalable community systems, including automation, ambassador programs, and events, and managing the feedback loop into product and support teams.

Requirements

  • Strong TypeScript skills, with the ability to debug and advise.
  • Strong AI skills, including prompting, agent workflows, and debugging AI behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-energy, creative, and community-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Forum ownership and support routing: Ensure every thread is answered or redirected correctly (to documentation, support ticket, or technical escalation).
  • Hands-on technical help: Assist users with building applications, debugging common issues, providing fixes or workarounds, and joining calls to resolve blockers.
  • Automation and workflows: Develop systems to make support fast and scalable, utilizing macros, templates, AI workflows, and routing.
  • Community programs: Manage and develop ambassador programs, rewards/recognition initiatives, office hours, AMAs, and hackathons.
  • Feedback loop: Triage, categorize, and summarize community themes to inform roadmap decisions, and implement lightweight fixes for recurring issues.
