Their first AI worker, Ava, is an AI Front Desk that handles calls 24/7, captures structured intake, books consultations, and makes outbound callbacks without adding operational burden. The roadmap includes expanding AI staff roles beyond the front desk, all delivered via the same managed model. The CEO co-founder is in place, the customer thesis is validated, design partners are engaged, and live pilots are running. The company is seeking a technical co-founder to own product and engineering with conviction, urgency, and an equal ownership stake. This is a co-founder role, not a typical CTO hire, offering founder-level equity, authority, co-decision rights, and a true partnership with the CEO.
