Position Summary: We’re seeking a Technical Chief of Staff who can combine exceptional communication and storytelling skills with strong technical and analytical capability. In this role, you’ll partner directly with the COO to drive strategic execution, shape enterprise narratives, and lead high‑impact projects. Roughly half your time will focus on technical and data‑driven initiatives — turning analysis into insight and insight into action. Salary Range : Expected salary range of ($150,000 - $175,000), based on experience and location. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing
  • 4–5 years of experience in management consulting or similar strategic/analytical roles
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills - able to craft and deliver executive‑grade narratives from complex data.
  • Advanced data analysis and visualization abilities (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, data tools)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; experience juggling multiple priorities
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with ambiguity—able to learn quickly, adapt, and thrive amid dynamic, uncertain environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and collaborate across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Assist the COO in managing priorities, information flow, and cross-functional projects
  • Support strategic planning, initiative tracking, and execution of key operational, technology, and data efforts
  • Drive preparation of executive-level presentations, reports, and board materials
  • Conduct analysis, synthesize insights, and communicate recommendations to leadership
  • Proactively identify and resolve business challenges, anticipating needs and removing barriers
  • Manage meeting agendas, follow-ups, and action tracking for the COO’s office
  • Facilitate communication and alignment within and across teams/corporate functions
  • Lead or support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives spanning operations, automation, and process improvement
  • Provide hands-on support to other critical projects across the organization as needed, serving as a nimble resource that can be deployed where your skills have the greatest impact
