About The Position

Doctor’s Data, Inc. is seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented individual to support the development and optimization of testing methods used to assess metabolic health in our patient population. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys hands-on analytical laboratory work, problem-solving, and working with sophisticated instrumentation in a collaborative scientific environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific field.
  • 3–5 years of related analytical chemistry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with chromatographic techniques and analytical instrumentation.
  • Working knowledge of laboratory software; experience with ChemStation and/or MassHunter is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and assist with troubleshooting chromatographic instrumentation, including LC-MS, HPLC, and GC.
  • Support analytical research, method development, and method optimization involving chromatographic analysis and sample preparation techniques.
  • Perform sample preparation and operate analytical instrumentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Analyze, review, and interpret laboratory data for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  • Assist with identifying and resolving analytical or instrumentation issues.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with scientific and laboratory team members to support research and testing initiatives.
  • Follow applicable laboratory quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
