About The Position

The Technical Change Management Director leads the adoption and execution of enterprise digital initiatives, ensuring new technologies, products, and capabilities are successfully deployed and embraced across the organization. This role partners with the lines of business, digital, product, and transformation leaders to turn strategic investments into measurable business outcomes. The leader drives change strategies for major technology implementations, digital products, automation solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities, helping teams adapt to new ways of working while maintaining operational stability. They establish scalable frameworks for stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and value realization. As a key leader in the firm's digital transformation journey, the Director fosters a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and responsible technology adoption. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Extensive experience leading technical or operational teams in IT change management, governance, or IT operations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, architectures, and interdependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational strategy and manage complex programs or initiatives.
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to guide multiple teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and decision‑making abilities, especially in complex or high‑risk scenarios.
  • Experience improving processes, policies, or frameworks at scale.

  • Lead the overall execution of IT change management across multiple teams, systems, or business units.

  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance metrics, identifying systemic issues, and implementing transformative improvements.
  • Resolve complex escalations involving competing priorities, dependencies, or risk‑sensitive change scenarios.
  • Guide development of change management standards, frameworks, and tools that improve scalability and efficiency.
