About The Position

Twenty-Six Defense Maritime, a leader in advanced undersea warfare solutions for more than 100 years, is seeking a motivated Sr. Technical Capture Manager to support business development and capture efforts. This hybrid role splits time between onsite and remote work, with candidates in Florida, Washington D.C., Maryland, or Virginia preferred. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with DoD business development experience and strong knowledge of the capture process, proposal development, and translating customer mission needs into winning strategies. Navy experience is preferred, though broader DoD experience is welcome. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of maritime and sensor systems, undersea warfare, and diverse C4ISR technologies, including SIGINT, EW, C2, EO/IR, and WAMI. The role requires the ability to communicate highly technical solutions to DoD customers, develop white papers, and collaborate across matrixed teams to manage proposals through the Shipley process. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, and the resourcefulness to drive process-oriented captures. Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships is essential. This position reports to the Vice President of Business Development.
