We’re looking for a Technical & Business Recruiter to identify, engage, and close top-tier talent as we scale Counsel Health’s recruiting engine. In this role, you’ll drive full-cycle hiring across the entire organization, from technical EPD roles (Engineering, Product, Design) and AI Research to critical Go-To-Market (GTM) functions like Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You’ll blend high-velocity execution with strategic thinking: supporting the design of scalable processes, building robust pipelines, and crafting narratives that attract the best talent from healthcare, AI, and high-growth startups. You’ll be a key contributor to our hiring strategy, helping us refine how we attract and evaluate diverse talent in a competitive, fast-moving landscape.
