We are looking for a skilled Business/System Analyst with strong expertise in requirements gathering, process design, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by translating requirements into clear documentation, user stories, and process flows using tools like JIRA, Lucid chart, and Visio.

- Ability to break down complex problems into clear requirements
- Expertise in Requirement elicitation
- Expertise in Requirement definition and documentation
- Experience writing User stories
- Experience writing Use cases
- Experience writing Functional specifications
- Experience writing Acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience with Process mapping
- Hands-on experience with Workflow diagrams
- Hands-on experience with Data flow diagrams (DFD)
- Experience with Lucidchart / Visio
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with JIRA (backlog management, story tracking)
- Knowledge of Sprint lifecycle
- Knowledge of Agile best practices
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to technical systems, APIs, or integrations
- Basic understanding of SQL / databases
- Experience with UAT coordination and testing support
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence
- Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps
- Domain knowledge (Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform business, system, and technical analysis to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Define functional and non-functional requirements
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
- Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Design and document business processes, workflows, and system diagrams using: Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Backlog grooming, Sprint reviews
- Manage and track requirements in JIRA
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
