About The Position

AML Technology is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for the AML Tech Data Development Team. The successful candidate will contribute to projects, BAU activities, and technical initiatives supporting AML data capabilities. Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role within an IT environment
• Working knowledge of data concepts, including relational databases, SQL queries, data mapping, and data analysis
• Expertise in documenting end-to-end data lineage, including source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, and data flow across upstream and downstream systems to ensure traceability, auditability, and regulatory compliance

Nice To Haves

• Engineering or Computer Science degree with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Financial services / AML experience
• Familiarity with Hadoop and Google Cloud Platform
• Exposure to Agile or DevOps delivery models

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support alignment of functional and non-functional requirements and contribute to the estimation of work efforts
• Gather and document requirements by participating in workshops and design sessions, and translating business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and best practices
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment through effective communication, knowledge sharing, and active participation in team activities
