We’re looking for a technically curious, client-focused problem solver to join our global support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how systems work, digging into technical issues, analysing data, and helping clients solve problems. You’ll work across support, troubleshooting, configuration, and operational delivery — partnering closely with both clients and internal teams. We’re not looking for someone who simply closes tickets. We’re looking for someone proactive, eager to learn, and excited by technology, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
