Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Interest in software development, particularly cloud-based applications
• Basic understanding of Agile concepts (user stories, backlogs, etc.)
• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with .NET, Angular, or modern web applications
• Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with developers and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements
• Analyze current workflows and identify inefficiencies or gaps in communication
• Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Propose and implement improvements to how requirements are captured and managed
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation
• Support testing and validation to ensure delivered features meet business expectations
• Establish lightweight processes and documentation where needed
